breakfast :) porridge cooked in almond milk with fresh fruit, roasted coconutflakes and crunchy pb!
yesterdays lunch were gnocchis, salad and veggie civapcici :)
these colours :O yum, breakfast was natural soy yogurt with cinnamon, warmed raspberries, raspberries, apple, banana, pomegranate and some crunchy peanutbutter on top!

too bad that it’s too dark in the afternoon to make pretty pictures, so you will mostly see my breakfasts and lunches, and these are definitely most of the time breakfastfoods :) but anyway, here’s heaven on a plate, because BANANA, PEANUTBUTTER AND AVOCADO <3
so today i’ve learned that having real lunches and carbs from other foods than fruit makes it so much easier to do Sports. i ran 10 km too, but it was so much easier for me than the other times! wohooo :)
